We know it's funny looking. (Actually, we think it looks hilarious!)But, believe it or not, your Booze Bait™ "cork & cap" fish catcher was specifically designed to produce a very unique "blooping" commotion on the water surface that triggers a natural strike response from predator fish.
For starters, simply cast your Booze Bait near logs, pads, weed beds and other structures and wait for the rings from the cast-splash to go away before you begin your retrieve. For best results, try variable speeds mixed with short pauses between “bloops.”

• Always relax and have fun! If have confidence in your Booze Bait and yourself you WILL catch fish! Very few things in life are as fun as catching a big fish on a Booze Bait!
• Always be ready to set the hook! Most Booze Bait fish strikes will occur as soon as it hits the water or during a retrieve pause - when you least expect it!• Always try to "be the bait!" Sure, you know that it's a cork and a cap. But, if you play your cards right, the fish will think it's an irresistible wounded shad, frog, shrimp, mouse, water bug, salamander, crawfish... Have a look around and try to pick and mimic the natural movements (and speed) of the bait that lives in the particular habitat that you are fishing.
